BCA  Department

BCA is Bachelor's in Computer Application, which is a 3-year undergraduate degree program that focuses on knowledge of the basics of computer application and software development. A BCA degree is considered to be at par with a BTech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Started in the year 2008 as a computer center offering a computer class with only 25 computers and 40 +  students. In the same year and following year(2009), computer development skills program were organized for the non teaching staff. In the year 2010 department was involved in providing  training program in ICT based power point presentation to the Teaching staffs. Started from 2008 the first batch of BCA came out in the year 2011 with 100% results.

         From 2008 to 2023, about 350 students have passed out from BCA. Some of them are working

 in different IT fields after doing  courses like MCA, MBA. Main aim of Department was to make a 

better placement of students. Also we organize Industrial Visits, Study Tour , Live projects which helpful students for placement.

          Out of the currently working Faculty in our BCA department Three posts for computer Faculty  

One Post for management  Faculty and One post for lab assistant are working. And they have good 

subject knowledge, Good Communication with Students.

        The BCA Course is Totally Depends on Computer. So we develop good computer LAB for 

provide best practice to students. In 2008 only 1 computer lab and 10 Computers in now 2023 we 

have Expand this Computer Lab with 34 Computers  with Good Configuration

Objective :

        The objectives of the program shall be to provide sound academic base from which an 

advanced career in computer applications can be developed conceptual grounding in computer 

usage as well as its practical business application will be provided.

Course Objectives: - The broad objective of BCA degree is to prepare students for careers in

 software industry, understanding and skills related to the use of computers and its application.

2. To implement innovative techniques and process in leading-learning and evaluation.

3. To further creativity and pursuit of excellence in computer applications.
